Challenge

Our client needed to develop a sweepstakes that combined an online and an IVR (800#) instant win game component for their client, Blue Diamond Almonds.

Solution

Using proprietary software, MRI developed a seed plan that worked across both platforms, allowing for equitable prize distribution for participants.

Details

Developed rules, registered and bonded sweepstakes in applicable states, assigned and maintained PO boxes for rules and winners list requests, developed and executed a seed plan for the instant win game component, managed the IVR portion of the program, coded and hosted website and database using client-supplied creative, developed a flash-based virtual "scratch-card" component for the online instant win game, executed an e-Blast to 40,000 consumers who were on Blue Diamond™s opt-in list, procured and fulfilled instant win prize packages, prepared and filed 1099 tax forms, and conducted the sweepstakes drawing.
